How much will the delivery of my order cost?
For all orders within Europe:
– All orders – FREE delivery via postal service

– Premium DHL Express delivery – €19 (for orders under €150)
For all international orders, shipping costs will vary depending on the destination, the items being shipped, and the delivery speed you choose. For international shipments, customs clearance is the customer’s responsibility. You will be responsible for paying any duties imposed upon receiving the order.
To which countries do you ship jewelry?

Which delivery service do you use?
For local deliveries, we use local delivery services. Primarily, we use postal service and DHL Express for shipping.
Rest assured, we always strive to use the most reliable and efficient delivery methods to ensure that your order is delivered quickly and in good condition.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). We ship all orders within 5-10 days of receiving the order confirmation, provided the selected item(s) are in stock. If the item(s) are out of stock, we will notify you via email within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation.
All orders are shipped from Cyprus. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is ready, we will send you an email with the tracking number.
Please note that the synchronization of the logistics tracking code may take 24-48 hours before you can track your order.
Why is my order delayed?
Typically, orders should arrive at the destination within 5-10 days if you chose DHL Express delivery, or within 20-25 days if you selected free shipping.
However, delays may occur during sales periods, holidays, or due to weather conditions, customs procedures, or festivals.
Why isn't the tracking code working?
There are several reasons why you might not see updates for your shipment tracking information.
Sometimes, the logistics company may change the tracking number or experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a strike or other issues.

Why was my order returned to the sender?
If you received a notification that your shipment has been returned, there could be several reasons for this.
Please double-check that the delivery address and phone number are correct.
As the recipient, you can contact the logistics carrier’s customer service number in your country or inquire at your local post office about the status of the shipment.

Exceptions
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged items

Refund
Once we have received your returned item, we will refund your original purchase amount.

Warranty
What is your warranty policy?
Sun Soul Jewelry offers a 30-day warranty. If your jewelry breaks within 30 days of purchase due to a manufacturing defect, Sun Soul Jewelry will replace it with an equivalent item (if the product is out of stock).

What products are the jewelry made from?
Our bracelets are handmade with love in Cyprus.
All our jewelry is made from the highest quality materials.
Our bracelets are crafted from natural and certified gemstone beads and various materials, including 925 recycled silver, 18kt rose or yellow gold plating, and stainless steel. The gold-plated jewelry consists of a very thin layer of gold applied to a base metal, such as silver or stainless steel.
What size do I need?
To determine the correct bracelet size, please measure the circumference of your wrist to avoid disappointment when receiving your order.

Are the jewelry pieces made from natural stones?
Yes, all of our bracelets are made from natural stones.
Please note that the color of each bracelet may vary slightly from what is shown in the pictures, as they are made from natural stones.

We recommend always removing jewelry before swimming, bathing, doing household chores, engaging in strenuous activities, exercising, or using abrasive cleaning products.
